Evidence and substantiation

Laser Equipment Global publishes the sources behind its clinical and technical claims. Every claim on this site has an approved claim record naming its supporting evidence, the reviewer who approved it, and the date it must be re-verified.

How a claim gets published

  1. A claim is written down. Not as marketing copy — as a record, with the exact wording that may be used.
  2. Evidence is attached. A regulator record, a peer-reviewed study, or manufacturer documentation. A claim with nothing behind it does not proceed.
  3. A reviewer approves it, and is named on the record.
  4. The pages it may appear on are listed. A claim approved for one context does not travel to another by itself.
  5. An expiry date is set. On that date it is re-verified or withdrawn.

This is why some questions get routed to a specialist rather than answered on the page or by our online advisor. Where we do not hold approved evidence, we would rather say so than publish something we cannot stand behind.
