Ownership, training and service

A Pro 1 Laser platform is supplied through Laser Equipment Global, which means the group that stands behind the equipment — brand, licensing, financing, training and service — is the group you buy it from, rather than a reseller.

Training

A laser only earns money once someone can run it confidently. Every platform is supplied with operator training, and the public getting-started guides below cover what a new owner needs before the first treatment. Full operating manuals — including the protocol detail that does not belong on a public page — sit in the owner portal for verified owners.

Service and accountability

Platforms are branded, licensed, financed and supported by the Pro 1 Laser group and supplied worldwide through Laser Equipment Global. In practice that means there is no chain of intermediaries between you and the people who built the device — the same relationship covers the sale, the training, the financing and whatever happens afterwards.

Pro 1 Laser platforms carry a two-year warranty. What the warranty covers in detail — parts, labour, and how service is delivered — along with response targets, loaner arrangements and parts availability, varies by configuration and market. Those are provided in writing for the platform you are considering rather than published as a single figure that would not hold everywhere; ask for the terms alongside pricing.

Financing

Financing and lease-to-own are arranged through the same group that builds and services the equipment, so a practice can put a platform into service while paying across the revenue it helps generate. Lease-to-own from $999/month (OAC) on the Pro 1 Pico.

What to ask before you buy — from anyone

This list is not about us. It is the set of questions that separates a supported platform from an orphaned one, and it is worth putting to every supplier you are considering, including this one.

  1. Who performs service — the supplier, a subcontractor, or a third party you have never met?
  2. Where do replacement parts come from, and what is the typical lead time?
  3. What is covered under warranty, for how long, and what voids it?
  4. Is training included, who delivers it, and does it produce a certificate your insurer will accept?
  5. What are the consumable costs per treatment, and are they locked to one supplier?
  6. What is the regulatory status of this exact device in your market — and can they show you the record?
  7. If the platform is down, what actually happens next, and how quickly?
  8. Who owns the relationship after the sale — the manufacturer, or a reseller who may not be there in three years?

If a supplier cannot answer these plainly and in writing, that is itself the answer.
