- Match the technology to the primary job. Pigment, tattoo and PMU work points to picosecond (Pro 1 Pico); hair removal to a dedicated diode (DioLase Titanium); photorejuvenation, redness and acne support to narrowband DPL (DPL Elite); resurfacing and soft-tissue work in aesthetic, dental and veterinary practice to CO₂ (the Alexa CO₂ family). Buy for the primary job and treat the overlap as a bonus.
- How much does a professional laser cost?
- Lease-to-own entry points on Pro 1 Laser platforms run from $499/month (OAC) for DPL Elite and $599/month (OAC) for DioLase Titanium to $799/month (OAC) for the Alexa CO₂ family and $999/month (OAC) for Pro 1 Pico; the monthly varies by configuration and term. - Is clinical training included?
- Yes. Every new Pro 1 Laser platform includes clinical operator training for the team who will run it — onboarding, hands-on training and protocol guidance — rather than a separate invoice line. Device-specific settings are taught there and in your verified operating manual, which is why no FAQ on this site publishes them.
- What warranty comes with a Pro 1 Laser platform?
- Every platform carries the 18-month warranty. What the warranty covers — parts, labour, on-site or return-to-base service — is set out in the written quotation for your configuration, so ask for it there rather than relying on a conversation, and compare suppliers on the delivered, trained and warranted total.
- Where do I get answers for my specific practice or platform?
